Kathryn currently works at a professional staffing firm, Kforce, as a Recruiter for Finance and Accounting positions. Her role is to partner with hiring managers to anticipate and meet the evolving staffing needs of their departments and  to deliver candidates that best fit within their organization. The position involves recruiting, screening, and managing  relationships with prospective talent. It’s an incredibly rewarding position by helping others secure employment that’s offer a source of income, personal fulfillment, and a sense of pride.

Kathryn met Caitlin Zbikowski, Board Chair, in high school and both went to college at University of Missouri – Columbia  where they joined the same sorority and  became close friends.  Since the first Beca’s Five race, Kathryn attended and always looked forward to participating each and every event. Kathryn was inspired to take interest in joining the board from Caitlin’s passion for the cause and the direct impact that the Beca’s Care program had on people’s lives. She is excited to join such a great cause and talented group of individuals.
